Week Two
You used Sermon Slides last week, let's make the best of it this week!
Refresher
Section titled “Refresher”One of the best things about using Sermon Slides is that you can use it in different ways. You can use it to capture key points, but you can also use it to capture deeper insights, draw out the sermon, or even just listen better.
We want to be sure you are able to keep your slides organized, so here are a few thoughts.
Before the it starts
Section titled “Before the it starts”Last week, you got into the app with a QR code link, or a weird 6 digit code. This week, you can just open the app and it will automatically connect to the sermon slides being sent to the screens.
That was easy, right?
One more thing...
Section titled “One more thing...”You may want to click the tripple dot menu in the top right and select "Clear Slides" so that you can start fresh for the new sermon.
During the message
Section titled “During the message”Focus on listening and taking notes. Remember, you can always go back and grab a slide even after it disappears from the screens in the room. Also, don't worry about saving every slide, just grab the ones that are helpful to you.
Getting social
Section titled “Getting social”If you want to share a slide with your friends, you can click the share button on any slide and it will give you options to share it through your favorite apps, or even as a text message.
After the message
Section titled “After the message”If you want to keep the slides for later, select "Export Slides" from the menu.
You will have options to save as a PDF, or as an album in your photo library, or even share multiple of them thru other apps.
Don't forget to clear the slides when you are done, so that you can start fresh next time.
